1. Turn the page on
Settings → Shop page. Owner only, on Pro and above. The screen shows your page's address, a copy button, and a link that opens it.
- Tick 'Turn the shop page on'
- Write a short About line in Arabic and English — two lines a customer reads before calling
- Save, then use the copy button to put the link in your WhatsApp status or Instagram bio
2. List a product
Listings come from the catalog you already keep, so there is nothing to re-enter. Sales → Catalog, then on the product's row press Market.
- Tick 'Listed on the shop page'
- Leave 'Show the price' on, or switch it off to publish 'call for price' instead
- Add an extra line if it helps — 'battery 92%', '3-month warranty'
- Add up to four photos (PNG, JPG or WebP, 4MB each)
- Save. The item is on the page immediately
A product with no stock will not appear, however it is configured. If a listing is missing, check its on-hand first — that is almost always the reason.
3. Stock keeps the page honest by itself
You never mark anything sold. The page reads the same stock the till writes to, so it follows the shelf without anyone maintaining it:
- Sell the item over the counter → it leaves the page
- Receive stock again → it comes back
- One unit left → it is labelled 'last one'
- A link to an item that just sold → the page says sold out, rather than breaking
Phones are counted as units in stock, so their condition grade — new, used excellent, good, fair — appears on the listing from the units themselves.
What customers see, and what they never see
| Shown | Never shown |
|---|---|
| Shop name, logo, colours | Stock counts |
| Branch address, phone, hours | Costs and margins |
| Product name, brand, model | IMEI and serial numbers |
| Photos you uploaded | Customer names or any job |
| Price, or 'call for price' | Anything from the ledger |
| 'In stock' or 'last one' | Your other branches' separate figures |
Prices come from the product's sell price in your catalog. A product priced at zero is published as 'call for price' rather than as free.
If something is not showing
- The page returns not-found → the switch is off, the plan is below Pro, or the trial has not been converted to a paid plan yet
- A product is missing → its stock is zero, it is marked inactive, or it was never listed
- The price is missing → 'Show the price' is off for that product, or its sell price is zero
- A photo will not upload → it must be PNG, JPG or WebP and under 4MB; there is a limit of four per product
Frequently asked questions
- Who can turn the shop page on?
- The owner only. Managers can manage the catalog and stock, but publishing the shop's stock to the open web is an owner decision, in the same way the shop's logo and prices are.
- Does turning the page off delete my listings?
- No. The page stops answering, and every listing stays exactly as it was. Switching the page back on restores the same window, which is what a shop closing for a season actually wants.
- Can staff see how many people viewed the page?
- Not yet. Today the page is a window and a WhatsApp button; view counts are a known gap rather than a hidden one.
- What language does a visitor see?
- Arabic by default, English if their browser asks for English, and either one if they use the language switch on the page. Your About line is written once per language, and each item can carry its own extra line in both.
More in customers
- Customer updates over WhatsApp
Horus Repair drafts the WhatsApp message on every status change. You choose whether a human sends it or the system does.
- Staff notifications and push
The in-app bell always works. Web push needs staff to opt in, and on iPhone it needs the site installed to the home screen.
