Job pipeline options

Leave the test stages off unless you want them. A shorter pipeline is the default deliberately — stages nobody uses become stages everyone clicks through without reading.
Money and close-out
- Close-out cut-off time — when your business day ends, which may legitimately be after midnight
- Operating start time — used to detect a branch that has not opened its till
- Allow pay-later — whether staff can hand a device over with a balance outstanding
- InstaPay destination — collection details shown to customers paying electronically
- On-demand parts mode — record parts at the cost actually paid, with no stock record required
Local operating reality
Ramadan mode applies alternate operating hours for the month without editing your normal hours, then reverts. Days off are set per person as real weekdays, so a Friday-closing shop is configuration rather than a workaround.
The interface defaults to Egyptian Arabic with right-to-left layout. English is available at full parity — it is a genuine second locale, not a partial translation.

- Can I change the operating model after the shop is live?
- Most settings can be changed at any time and take effect on new activity. The close-out cut-off is the one to think about first, since it defines the business day and changing it shifts which day existing takings are counted against.
- Does Horus Repair handle Ramadan opening hours?
- Yes. Ramadan mode applies a separate set of operating hours for the month and then reverts to your normal hours, so you do not have to edit and restore them by hand or have drawer alerts fire against the wrong schedule.
